PORTSMOUTH – The Seacoast Board of Realtors installed Todd Hudson as its 2017 president at a Sparkles & Spirits Cocktail reception Dec. 1 at Red Post Realty. Hudson becomes the 46th president of the Seacoast Board of Realtors.

The ceremony was conducted by 2015 board president Marion Cheney, who asked Hudson’s mother, Deb Hudson, to do the honor of pinning Hudson as the 2017 president.

Hudson, co-founder and CEO of Red Post Realty in Portsmouth, along with his partner, Nick Couturier, launched the agency in 2013. In his first year as a licensed real estate agent, Hudson sold 22 homes in the Seacoast while building and managing the Red Post Realty firm. Hudson’s accomplishments are based upon the purchase and sale of prestigious estates, single-family homes, parcels of land, investment properties, new builds, mobile homes and subdivisions.

Also installed as officers were Vice President Karen Kulberg, Better Homes and Gardens Masiello Group, Treasurer Harry Cheney, RE/MAX On the Move, Secretary Barbara Lemieux, Seacoast Board of Realtors Executive Officer and Past President Linda Ruppe, RE/MAX On the Move.
