2026 Incoming President Candidates
The following Realtors are running to be the 2027 Seacoast Board President. Next year they will serve as the incoming president and be preparing for their term.

Hello! Currently, I’m a Director-at-Large, member of the Golf Committee, and Chair of the Advocacy Task Force. I’m running for President because I believe we're at a critical junction where we can rise to the occasion and make the American Dream of homeownership obtainable again, but that will only occur through having REALTORS equipped with the proper tools, data, and connections to educate the general public while also becoming the trusted resource for all things housing related. Housing is such a multifaceted issue that affects every area of life so it needs to be treated as a collaborative community issue, not something our industry can take care of on our own. We need to do more as a REALTOR Board to be ambassadors of the real estate industry without lobbying for a specific project, law, political candidate, or personal gain. Between the commission lawsuit, affordability crisis, and being blamed for the current housing market, the REALTOR name and our industry in general has experienced some major black eyes in recent years so now is the time for us to get actively involved on the local level to be part of the solution and rewrite the narrative so we can be seen as housing stewards for all. This can be achieved by expanding our presence within the community through participating in educational events, local Chamber of Commerces, and other public facing activities.

I am incredibly excited and proud of the direction of the Seacoast Board of Realtors and I am running to be the future President to continue our positive progression. As an existing board and committee member, I have been privileged to have a say and front row seat to seeing the board expand to include Event and Public Relations Committees, build the framework for consistent member events which has resulted in increased engagement and a growing community presence both in-person and online. As President, I will work to support and lead our organization as an involved and approachable advocate for our members - seeking to identify needs and add value.
I am a multi-family owner in Newmarket, NH. I live with my husband, no kids, no pets (dog person though!). We love adventuring to Acadia, trying new local restaurants and attending concerts. I run a book club in Durham, have my property and casualty insurance licenses (my past life, pre-real estate) and attend the Big "I" Legislative in DC each year, have hiked 14 of the NH48 and love to travel.

I’m excited to run for the Board of Directors because I have a deep passion for helping others achieve the dream of homeownership. I spent five years in the mortgage industry before earning my real estate license this year, giving me a well-rounded, refreshingly unique perspective that combines both the agent and affiliate sides of our profession. That dual experience allows me to understand the needs of buyers, sellers, lenders, and service providers, and I believe it will help our Seacoast Board of REALTORS® continue to grow and thrive.
Beyond my real estate work, I serve as a business development and marketing affiliate with Preferred Movers, where I build relationships and connect clients with trusted partners. I love giving back to the community and supporting the dedicated professionals who make this board such an incredible organization.
Outside of work, I am a proud wife and mom to two wonderful boys, Koda and Cylas, who inspire everything I do. Family is my greatest priority, and when I’m not with clients or colleagues, you’ll often find me painting, exploring the outdoors, or simply enjoying time with the people who matter most.
I would be honored to bring my energy, creativity, and collaborative spirit to the Board of Directors and to help shape the future of our vibrant Seacoast real estate community.

I’m running for the Board of Directors to contribute energy, diligence, and a commitment to strengthening what makes the Seacoast Board of Realtors such a valuable organization. I want to promote mentorship, education, and visibility for our members while supporting the Board’s ongoing work.
New Realtors benefit most from strong community connections, so I’d like to see mentorship and educational resources highlighted and expanded. For all members, I hope to encourage more public-facing events that connect Realtors directly with the community.
If elected, I’d like to support initiatives that:
- Highlight mentorship and continuing education.
- Strengthen community partnerships and outreach.
- Enhance communication, education and visibility through social media and video.
- Encourage more members to explore leadership opportunities.
Before real estate, my experience as a logistics supervisor taught me the value of clear communication, accountability, and process improvement. Within the Board, I’ve served actively on the PR Committee and am honored to be named its 2026 chair.
Great leaders don’t have all the answers, but they know how to ask the right questions. My curiosity is my greatest strength, and I’ll use it to listen, learn, and contribute with integrity. My goal is to help members feel proud, supported, and inspired to belong to the most active and innovative Board in the state
The election for Directors happens in October. Calls for nominations will broadcast in August. Directors at Large positions are held for three year terms.
