Founded in 1958, the Seacoast Board of REALTORS® is a trade association representing over 1500 REALTORS® and Affiliate members in the New Hampshire Seacoast area.
It is our mission to work in conjunction with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS® (NHAR) to provide our REALTOR® members with the resources required to serve consumers in a professional and ethical manner; and to advocate on issues affecting REALTOR® members.
The Seacoast Board of REALTORS® serves Epping, Exeter, Greenland, Hampton, Hampton Falls, Kensington, Newcastle, Newfields, Newington, Newmarket, Newton, North
Hampton, Nottingham, Portsmouth, Rye, Seabrook, South Hampton, and Stratham.

The Community Service Committee’s mission is to educate and inform members about the wide range of volunteer and giving opportunities that are available in the Seacoast.
Our goal is to support and serve a wide range of local charities while positively impacting the communities we serve.The Seacoast Board of REALTORS does not support a single Charity of Choice but supports numerous local Charities & Non-Profits.Our goal is to support a wide range of local charities by educating our board members about what the needs of the non-profits are.
The Seacoast Board of Realtors is part of the NHAR Ombuds Program.NHAR Ombuds are trained REALTOR® members who are familiar with the Code of Ethics, state real estate regulations and current real estate practice. They can field and respond to a wide variety of inquiries and issues, including general questions about real estate practice, transaction details, ethical practice and enforcement issues. These inquiries can come from members of the public or other REALTOR® members.
