Are you great at making videos? A Pro at reels? We want you for the Seacoast Board Public Relations Committee! Join us to discuss how SBR can best be the Voice of Real Estate on the Seacoast. Meets 11am the second Tuesday of the month.

Open to REALTORS® and Affiliates. This Committee is comprised of members giving back to their community through raising money for our annual Charity of Choice, our scholarship fund, arranging the REALTOR® Day of Caring, organizing Blood Drives, and more!
Meets the first Thursday of each month at 9am at SBR

Organizes key SBR events such as the Annual Gala, our Awards Ceremony, Networking After Hours, and more! Open to any member with a fun personality.

Under the direction of the Treasurer, oversees the financial affairs of the association, developing the annual budget and prudent investments. Meetings:Â 2nd Thursday every other month at 8:30am

The SBR Golf Tournament is our largest fundraiser, raising thousands of dollars to our Charity of Choice and to the Lori Breard-Weeden Scholarship fund.

All Affiliates are welcome to join our monthly meetings were we plan ways to best connect Affiliates and REALTORS. Meeting are held the first Thursday of every other month at 9:30am at the SBR office.

Open to REALTORS®. Responsible for reviewing all ethics complaints or arbitration requests submitted to the association. (Must attend NHAR Professional Standards Training or equivalent). Meetings: As necessary to review ethics complaints or arbitration requests
SBR bestows 4 scholarships a year onto graduating High School Seniors to go towards higher education from the Lori Breard-Weeden Scholarship fund. The Scholarship committee reviews the applications each year.
