About Our Courses

Many of our classes are taught by our Affiliates. If you have created a class that you want to present at the Seacoast Board of Realtors®, fill out the form here

Our classes are sponsored by our Affiliates, all Affiliate members in good standing are welcome to sponsor. Sponsoring entails bringing some type of food to the class (i.e bagels, muffins, whatever you like!)

Sponsors have five minutes at the start of class to talk about themselves and their business. Your logo will also appear on the class registration page and on the desk at check in. Bring your swag! You are welcome to stay for the whole class, but it is not required.

The Seacoast Board supplies coffee, small plates, napkins, and utensils.

• Agency

Class Cancellation and No-show policy

Class Cancellation and No-show Policy

In an effort to ensure our courses remain free to members, we ask all cancellations be made by the 48 prior to the class to avoid a $25 cancellation fee.

How Are Classes Chosen?

The Seacoast Board Education Committee chooses classes based on NH Licensing Requirements, trends and issues in the RE market, and upon requests by members.

With the ever changing Real Estate market we endeavor to have our classes be relevant and taught by informed instructors. If you have a request for a class, email jessica@seacoastboard.com
