Kaleigh is thrilled to serve as the Affiliate Committee Co-Chair for the Seacoast Board of Realtors® for a second year. As the Business Development Manager at Portsmouth Atlantic Insurance, and a former Seacoast-area Realtor®, she brings a deep understanding of the local real estate market and a passion for fostering connections within the industry. Kaleigh is committed to creating fun, engaging events that provide real value to Affiliate members and Realtor® partners alike.
Outside of work, Kaleigh is an avid runner with a goal to compete in all six major world marathons. She’s also passionate about kayaking, finding the perfect book (fantasy and self-help are her favorite genres), and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Born in the beautiful Seacoast region of Portland, Maine, and raised in the charming town of North Hampton, New Hampshire, Kaila Coffey is deeply rooted in the community she serves. With over 15 years of experience in the financial industry and a focused passion for mortgages since 2020, Kaila brings a wealth of expertise to her new role as Co-Chair for the Seacoast Board of Realtors®.
Kaila wears many hats in her career, balancing business relations, marketing, sales, operations, and even accounts payable—all while ensuring every transaction runs smoothly. Her transition to the mortgage industry was a natural one, with real estate practically running in her blood. Helping families and friends achieve their real estate goals isn’t just a job for Kaila; it’s an honor and a personal mission. She believes everyone who works hard deserves the incredible feeling of buying their own home.
Outside of work, Kaila cherishes spending time with her husband and two sons, Koda and Cylas. Whether enjoying a peaceful walk, sipping coffee, painting, or soaking up the beauty of a lake or beach, Kaila embraces the joys of family and the outdoors.
