Portsmouth Atlantic Insurance
Kaleigh joined the Portsmouth Atlantic Insurance team in 2022, bringing her infectious energy as our Business Development Manager. Prior to working at Portsmouth Atlantic, Kaleigh served as a realtor in the surrounding Sea Coast area. With her deep understanding of the New Hampshire real estate market, Kaleigh is becoming an invaluable resource for our friends in the real estate and lending industries.
In her free time, Kaleigh is an avid runner and has a goal to compete in all six major world marathons. She loves to read and is always looking for a good book recommendation - fantasy or self-help being her favorite genres. When she's not with her family and friends, you're sure to find her out kayaking on the lake!

My years of experience in the real estate industry include working as a real estate paralegal with both Boston and seacoast area law firms and being responsible for the management of all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions. I have had the pleasure of working on transactions varying in size but not importance from the financing and construction of the InterContinental Hotel located on Boston’s Waterfront, the redevelopment of the historic Wentworth By The Sea Hotel in New Castle New Hampshire to local seacoast residential developments. I have a knowledge in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, experience with institutional and private lenders, commercial and residential real estate developers, purchasers, and sellers with a vast comprehension of title and survey matters. I feel that home buying and selling is not only a financial transaction for all involved but a lifetime milestone with emotional ties making me strive to make the closing process an enjoyable one for everyone.
