About Student Membership
Student Membership is available to young professionals interested in pursuing a career in Real Estate but are not licensed. With this membership you will be able to attend classes and receive discounts on events. You will not receive affidavits for said classes.
To qualify for this membership, you must be enrolled in a post-secondary education institution with a specialization or major in real estate or a related field. If you later receive a Real Estate license, you will need to reapply as a REALTOR® and pay the applicable dues and fees in order to maintain a membership with the Seacoast Board.
