What We Do
The Community Outreach Committee is comprised of REALTOR® and Affiliate Members dedicated to giving back to their community.
Some events include:
- Blood Drives with the American Red Cross
- The REALTOR® Day of Caring
- Fundraisers to benefit our Charity of Choice
- Food drives to support local pantries like GATHER
- Fundraisers for the Lori Breard-Weeden Memorial Scholarship
Meets: 9am 1st Thursday of each month at SBR office
This Year's Charity: Southeast NH Habitat for Humanity
The Seacoast Board of REALTORS® chooses a Charity of Choice to focus our fundraising efforts, these efforts are organized by SBR Community Outreach with help from our membership as a whole.

Past Years
2025 : Mainspring, in Kittery Maine. A multi social service collective that offers a single pathway out of poverty. We were able to fund-raise 40K!
2023-2024: Charity was My Breast Cancer Support. My Breast Cancer Support is an independent NH 501C3 non-profit that assists people dealing with breast cancer.
