What We Do
The Community Outreach Committee is comprised of REALTOR® and Affiliate Members dedicated to giving back to their community.
Some events include:
- Blood Drives with the Red Cross
- The REALTOR® Day of Caring
- Raise money for our Charity of Choice
- Working with GATHER to raise food for our communities
- Raise money for the Lori Breard-Weeden Memorial Scholarship

This Year's Charity: Mainspring
The Seacoast Board of REALTORS® chooses a Charity of Choice to focus our fundraising efforts, these efforts are organized by SBR Community Outreach with help from our membership as a whole.
The 2025 Charity of Choice is Mainspring located in Kittery, Maine.

Mainspring is designed to remove the barriers that exist for people experiencing poverty by offering multiple services through co-location and comprehensive care. They will assist anyone who calls the seacoast home.
Some of the services they provide include:
- A market model food pantry, prepared meals
- Culinary job training
- Housing assistance and case management services
- Low-cost clothing and housewares through their thrift store

Past Years
The 2023-2024 Charity was My Breast Cancer Support. My Breast Cancer Support is an independent NH 501C3 non-profit that assists people dealing with breast cancer.
For the last 2 years, Seacoast Board of REALTORS® raised funds through our installation gala, shoe drive, and more. Additional funds were raised during our annual golf tournament.
